Pre-Orders & Special Purchase Policy

Some items in our store are offered as pre-orders or limited releases. This policy explains how these purchases are handled.

Pre-Orders

When you place a pre-order, you are reserving an item that is not yet in stock but is scheduled for production. Full payment is collected at checkout to secure your order.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• All pre-orders are final sale once placed.

• Orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded after checkout.

• Estimated production and delivery timelines are provided in good faith but may vary due to manufacturing or logistics beyond our control.

• Pre-orders will be fulfilled and shipped once production is complete.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please refer to our Returns & Issues Policy for resolution.

We do not offer subscriptions or recurring billing at this time. All purchases are one-time transactions.

We do not offer a “try before you buy” program at this time. All items are sold as final purchases under the terms stated at checkout.
