Shipping policy
Pre-Orders
During our initial release period, all items are offered on a pre-order basis. By placing an order, you acknowledge that production is underway and that delivery timelines differ from in-stock items.
Pre-order shipments are expected to be fulfilled within 1–2 months from the date of purchase. This timeline is an estimate and may vary due to production schedules, quality control, or external logistics factors. Delivery dates are not guaranteed.
No Cancellations
All pre-order sales are final. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded while in production. By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms.
Order Processing & Shipping
Orders will ship once production is complete. When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Shipping timelines begin once the order is handed off to the carrier and do not include the pre-order production period.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Rates & Destinations
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. We currently ship to select domestic and international destinations. Duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses are not eligible for replacement or refund.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages, though we may assist with carrier inquiries at our discretion.
