Refund policy

All sales are final unless otherwise approved by Reverent.

Return Requests

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Submission of a request does not guarantee approval. All returns are subject to review and acceptance at our sole discretion.

To be considered, items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and unwashed

  • Free of odor, marks, or damage

  • With all original tags attached

  • In original packaging

  • Accompanied by valid proof of purchase

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these standards.

If approved, return instructions will be provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

Damages, Defects & Incorrect Items

Orders must be inspected immediately upon delivery. Claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be submitted within 48 hours of receipt. Requests submitted after this period may not be honored.

We reserve the right to determine the appropriate resolution, including repair, replacement, store credit, or rejection of the claim.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Custom, made-to-order, or personalized products

  • Gift cards

  • Items showing signs of wear, use, or alteration

Additional items may be deemed non-returnable at our discretion.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If a return is approved, customers may place a new order separately, subject to availability.

European Union Orders

For orders shipped to the European Union, customers may cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery in accordance with EU consumer law. Returned items must meet all return eligibility requirements listed above. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise required by law.

Refunds

Approved returns will be inspected upon receipt. Refunds are issued only after inspection and approval.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

We reserve the right to deny refunds for items returned in unacceptable condition.
